General Info

1. The miracle of change lives in all of us and is waiting for us to recognize it.

2. The change is the eternal light or God in all of us. It wants to be nurtured.

3. When you put a blindfold on, you are going in to your Self. It gives you a connection with your body.

4. When we step out of our comfort zone - we grow.

5. Blindfolding creates greater focus, greater concentration, awakens the brain, increases intuition, and helps you re-discover who you are.

6. We are all super human. Once we tap in to our superhuman abilities we recognize we are more powerful and have limitless potential.

7. You can gain discernment and access to your mystical self.

8. We are over 60% water so words and thoughts impact us on a cellular level.

9. You can use affirmations to change the water that we are.

Blindfolded Exercises

1. Body scan

Take a couple deep breaths. Put on a blindfold and do a body scan. Set the intention to awaken your body. Start with your head and mentally see each hemisphere of the brain and then the right and left working together. Next, move down to the neck. “See”, feel and connect. Continue and connect to each part of the body. You can also touch each part to connect. Do this once a day for a week. Go slowly and awaken your body

 

2. Colors

While wearing a blindfold have someone show you different colors and you intuitively tap into what the color is. Practice seeing the color as your partner gives you feedback. What does the color feel like? Sound like?

 

3. Do things you like to do while blindfolded. For example: wash dishes, eat, walk, or exercise. It helps you to tap in to feeling and other senses than sight.

 

4. While in nature touch, smell, and feel things. Just be in the experience- that enables change

 

 

Live life courageously like children.

1. Believe in yourself and in change. Believe that you are so powerful in your mind that you can change by tapping into your intuitive self.

2. Your intuitive self is so powerful that you are super human.

3. You can make a change at any moment in life.

4. Try blindfolding and set an intention about what you want to learn within yourself. Do a body scan to understand yourself.

Nikki's Bio

Nikki is currently enrolled in the the University of metaphysics- pursuing a  degree in Metaphysical Science,

She is creating a unique technique in the Art of Blindfolding oneself based on what she discovered while enrolled at the Maharishi University of Management ( higher consciousness learning system). She is also working on developing a program to release combining life transformation alchemical internal process with the techniques of blindfolding to experience life through a new perspective. She is engages in a variety of creative arts including: comedy, music videos, rapping, mixed media paintings to sculptures and much more.


She has traveled to 35 states and has recently returned from an out of country adventure to 3 different countries. Her perspective on life is constantly changing and growing.
