General Info

1.   Start with familiar foods that are plant-based that you enjoy.

 

2.   Pay attention to how the food makes you feel - energy, mood, etc.

 

3.   Focus on whole foods versus processed foods.

 

4.   Eat more plants to feel good, have more energy and take control of your well-being.

 

5.   Increasing your whole food intake to 5-7 servings of fruits and vegetables a day can increase productivity up to 25%.

 

6.   Eat the foods as close to their natural form as possible (the way nature intended).

 

7.   Experiment and see what resonates with your body. Start with what you’re comfortable with and grow/expand from there. It starts with small changes/choices that add up and create transformation for you and your family – energy, creativity, fun.

 

8.   Make mindful choices - what do you want to bring into your life/physical body and family? The choices need to be intentional - not challenging.

 

9.   You can have healthy comfort foods. Be mindful of your relationship to food.

 

10. Food time can be fun family time versus an obligation. Cooking, cleaning, and eating together as a family sharing the process and the outcome and creating memories in the process.

 

Eat more plants- you feel better – make a bigger impact in the world!
