Tune in to learn simple concepts that when applied can transform your life. We all are enough just as we are. Life is often about reconnecting to ourselves so we can return to wholeness. From there life flows much more effortlessly and we can see who we are, align with choices that honor our highest good. We need to be able to match our internal experiences with how we live externally. When we are not honoring who we are meant to be there is a mismatch and our body lets us know in the form of fatigue, disease, depression, anxiety and other symptoms. This episode will help you reconnect and awaken to the possibilities within you.

 Be You

1.   Accept yourself for who you’re meant to be.

2.   Ask yourself who am I?  Answer without talking about what you do or roles you play.

3.   Only you know who you are and can embrace yourself to the fullest. Only you know what your inner experiences.

4.   If you don’t know who you are everyone else will tell you who you are. It needs to come from within you:  your mind, your spirit, your emotional and physical body.

5.    When you know who you are, you make choices that align with your spirit and life flows. You know what to say, to do, choices become obvious and you choose what honors you and is in alignment with your purpose.

6.    Your body gives messages/wisdom if you’re not being your authentic self.  Your body will let you know in the form of symptoms whether that be anxiety, depression, or illness. Listen to the messages.

7.   When you’re making choices, ask yourself what resonates with you? What honors you?

 

 

Be love

1.   Embrace being unconditionally loving to yourself and others.

2.   Accept others as they are.

3.   Bring love to all situations: energetically, intentionally, and with your actions.

4.   Fill yourself with unconditional love and accept yourself and you’ll be continually filling yourself with energy/ life force because you will be practicing self-care and self-acceptance and have more to give to others.

5.   You also have to be able to receive love from yourself and others. For example, accept a complement:  take in the energy and love of the complement.  Accept it, own it and enjoy it. Allow love in.


 

Be present

1    Be in the here and now.

2.   Be a gift in the world. Bring your unique gifts to the world, be grateful for the moment and the gift that you are. 

 

  Become aware of what keeps you from being you, being love, and being in the present.
