Areas to Assess when Developing a Self-Care Practice

  1. Physical body (eating, sleeping, exercise, grounding, hygiene, listening to messages from your body)
  2. Emotional  Body (processing emotions, reducing emotional numbness or emotional overwhelm/ sensitivity)
  3. Mental Aspects (types of thoughts)
  4. Spiritual (What are your beliefs and how do you connect to your spirit?)


Remind yourself: I love myself enough to make myself a priority and choose the action practices I personally need.
