The energy that creates and sustains life, not medical interventions.
Energy is variable (there are different energy states)
Our energy state has a huge influence on health and well-being and we can claim and change it in any moment. We are not a victim to our energy states. We can always choose a higher energy state.
A. Energy Poor
Disease state, low energy, everything seems overwhelming, body is in a defensive mode (tight/ rigid). We feel a need to defend ourselves, can only see 1 perspective- only concern is personal survival.
B. Energy Neutral
Want to maintain the status quo, spend a lot of energy trying and hoping things will work out “just right”. Exhausting and stressful. No progress forward. Trying to stay where we are, safe, comfortable. Experience fatigue, tension headaches, etc. Can see 2 perspectives: This or that (black and white perspective)
C. Energy Rich
We want to grow and expand. Our should are loose, body is at ease, in the flow of the moment. Able to consider multiple perspectives at the same time.
D. Energy Super- Rich
All about being in the present moment and sharing the soul’s gifts. Don’t think about the future. We can experience this for moments but not always.
**Claim what you want in the moment versus “trying” or “hoping” (energy neutral). Experience yourself as healed, healthy, whatever you are looking to create in that moment so you can bring the energy needed forward to create the experience in your current reality.
Aware, Acknowledge and Accept (AAA) Strategy
Be aware, acknowledge and accept:
1. Where you are right now
2. Where you want to be
3. The gap in-between
This process removes judgement and allows 5th dimension energy to bring energy from where you want to be to where you are.
1. Our bodies are reflections of our thoughts and emotions. If our thoughts are rigid and our emotions are repressed the body will be rigid, tight, etc.
2. Pain/ Symptoms are here to interrupt a person’s life so they will make a change. It is not a random problem. It is an opportunity to make a change, a choice, a shift.
3. Disease- is the body’s way of trying to avoid feeling something. When we have more energy, we can feel something different. Move from Dis-Ease to Ease.
1. Recognize you consciously or unconsciously choose your energy state at any given moment of the day. We want to brig the unconscious choices to the forefront of our mind so we can consciously choose a higher energy state.
2. By having more energy, we are able to heal ourselves and make life even better.
3. We have freedom over our choices and can consciously choose what energy state we are in….. very liberating!
